Please read the following carefully as by visiting, registering or making a purchase from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.  

Purchasing & Payment

We must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and the stock has been checked, we will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.

We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. If we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.  We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our: withdrawing of any goods from the Website whether or not such goods have been sold; removing or editing content on the Website, or, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.  You can pay online with any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.  

We currently debit money from your account within one working day after we have received your order.  Orders placed by fax or phone and not paid for by credit or debit card will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.Prices & Taxes All prices are shown on our website, are quoted in British Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).  The current rate of VAT is 20%.  Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.  

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.  All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

The following applies to any information you provide to us, for example during any registration or ordering process: You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our website by us or our sub-contractors. If you obtain or choose to buy Products through our website then we may collect information about your buying behaviour and if you send us personal correspondence such as e-mails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you. All such information collected by us shall be referred to in these Terms and Conditions as 'Personal Information';  You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or any electronic cash, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.  

Our Responsibility

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.  
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We have used our best endeavours to ensure that our website complies with UK law. However, we make no representations that the materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UK. We cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of our goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the Website from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for The Beckford Arms to sell products.

The entire liability of Emzee Care  under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

You also understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from our website will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. We will run offers and promotions via our email newsletters and across the site. These offers may vary, but only 1 offer can be redeemed at a time. We reserve the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time. We reserve the right to cancel and order if we suspect fraud.
