When the product was formulated, founder Emzee, had started using the product on her youngest child when she was 5 months old. It's advised to first do a test patch, as with any new product on sensitive skin, before applying it all over the desired area. Please see the relevant product page for full list of ingredients.
Our 3-in-1 is suitable for low, medium and high posterity hair of all hair types and textures. From naturally fine straight hair to tightly curled afro hair. Our customers have use it on their hair and some have even used it for beard care. Please see our Reviews page for before and after examples.
Our products are specifically formulated for individuals with sensitive, eczema prone skin. As with trying any new product on sensitive skin, we courage customers always to do a test patch before applying the product all over.
No nut oils are included in our products. Oils consist of extra virgin olive, caster, soya bean, grape seed, kernel and avocado oil. Please see full list of ingredients on the relevant product page.
Many of our customers use this as a light-weight leave in conditioner as a part of their wash-day routine. For best results apply to damp hair, comb through and style as desired. Our 3-in-1 is formulated from natural plant-based ingredients and should be fine to use on straightened hair. For best results wash hair, and apply directly to the scalp, massage into the roots before drying. As with all new products we encourage customers to do a test patch before applying it all over the desired area, particularly if they have sensitivities.
Our 3-in-1 was formulated for eczema prone skin/scalp but has gone on to benefit customers with other skin conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis. Customers have told us it’s helped them to soothe itchiness and noticeably reduce dry flakey skin. Most certainly! Many of our customers use our 3-in-1 to help instantly soothe any itchy areas they get on their scalp when their hair is in protective styles. As our unique lotion is lightweight but highly moisturising, it doesn't create product build up. Professional locticians have also praised our products effectiveness and recommended it to their clients for their scalp care routine.

Yes, our bottles are made from Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) which is widely recycled. We strongly encourage our customers to recycle or reuse any packaging where possible.
There is an ON and OFF switch located on the neck of the trigger spray head. The ON side need to be fully pushed in for the trigger pump to function and disperse the product. If this has already been done then open it to remove the spray head and then screw it back on.
We process our orders fairly quickly and unfortunately, we cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. Please double check your details before placing your order. However, if you do notice an error straight away, please contact us as soon as possible, to see if we're able to amend your order.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of dispatch in a resalable condition. We consider a resalable condition to be unopened or used, still within the original untampered sealed and vacuum packed wrap in which the product arrived. This is a precautionary measure we take to ensure our Health and Safety standards are met. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice and we’d advise keeping the tracking or proof of postage until we receive the items. The item(s) must be returned to us before a refund or exchange can be issued. Please contact us to arrange a return.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you'll receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
