UK delivery information
We endeavour to have processed and dispatched within 3 working days after your payment has been processed. Please note orders are not processed or sent out on bank holidays or National UK holidays.

UK orders below 2kg are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48.  Royal Mail aims to deliver goods within 2-3 business days* after we have dispatched it to them.  

All HAIR + SCALP MINI POUCHES are sent via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class. Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 days but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can take up to 10 days. 

International delivery information (Curly Cutie Clips only)
Our International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Economy starting at £4.99. Our system charges our International customer's account the equivalent cost in relation to the current exchange rate of their country's currency at time of purchase. Please ensure the correct destination has been selected as the incorrect shipping destination will delay the order. The costs are dependent on the weight/volume of the order. Royal Mail aim to deliver within  approximately 2-12 weeks* after dispatch without tracking. Customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly.
