UK Delivery Information
We endeavour to have processed and dispatched within 3 working days after your payment has been processed. Please note orders are not processed or sent out on bank holidays or National UK holidays.

UK orders below 2kg are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48.  Royal Mail aims to deliver goods within 2-3 business days* after we have dispatched them.  

All HAIR + SCALP MINI POUCHES are sent via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class. Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 days, but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can take up to 10 days.

*Please note: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery that are outside of our control, including industrial action, severe weather conditions or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise, and to know when to expect delays.
