Not happy with your purchase?
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of dispatch in a resalable condition*. We consider a resalable condition to be unopened and/or unused, still within the original untampered sealed and vacuum packed wrap in which the product arrived where applicable. This is a precautionary measure we take to ensure our Health and Safety standards are met.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice and we’d advise keeping the tracking or proof of postage until we receive the items. The item(s) must be returned to us before a refund or exchange can be issued. Please email us at contact@emzeecare.com to arrange a return.
Defects, Incomplete Orders or Incorrect Delivery
If there is something wrong with the order you have received, please email at contact@emzeecare.com with your order details, a description of the issue and a photograph of your delivery.
If you are returning goods owing to defects, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, we will credit note or refund you both the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return package. Please obtain a receipt from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
When will I receive my refund?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you'll receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process our orders fairly quickly and unfortunately, we cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. Please double check your details before placing your order. However, if you do notice an error straight away, please email us at contact@emzeecare.com as soon as possible, to see if we're able to amend your order.
