We are currently living in a highly unusual time, our thoughts are with those who have been affected by COVID-19 or by the difficulties of adjusting to the new normalities of life.
We thought it would be useful to share with you how things are working at Emzee Care for clarity on orders, delivery and protocol. Our very small (but perfectly formed) team is Working from Home and staying safe. All orders are processed following the government guidelines and regulations.
We are still processing orders as quickly as possible although they are taking longer due to postal service delays and adhering to the standards set by the government. We are using a Royal Mail services for all deliveries and are aware they're currently experiencing delays, this is due to the large volume of packages passing through their network and staff shortages. Postal service delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and currently cannot be guaranteed. Therefore unfortunately some customers may experience a slightly longer wait for their order to arrive.
International orders are also taking longer to process due to a drastic reduction in international travel leading to a huge drop in international flights plus some borders are only just reopening. All international orders are being shipped via Royal Mail and have the option to be tracked however updates are slow, this does not indicate that your parcel has been lost, the tracking will eventually update as your parcel makes progress albeit very slowly.
